Named after the chef himself, the restaurant reflects his personal story through a menu of shareable dishes inspired by recipes passed down through generations, alongside familiar favorites reimagined with a Greek influence. Emphasizing seasonality and thoughtfully sourced ingredients, the menu features a range of small plates, raw bar selections, house made pastas, and grilled specialties.
